As the title suggests, what issues should be taken into consideration? For example, which chains need to be confirmed? What preparations need to be confirmed?
Prepare the device’s temperature rise curve chart, conduct checks and tests for the ignition procedure, test the ignition gun, and bring the boiler behind the furnace into operation (to prevent high temperatures)
The interlock should be checked before starting the furnace: 1. The liquid level in the acidic gas separation tank is 2 units high. The liquid level in the fuel gas separation tank is high by 3. Fan stops 4. Air inlet to furnace pressure difference: 5. The waste heat boiler level is low by 6. Manual furnace shutdown button: Before starting the furnace, it is essential to check whether an explosive gas mixture could form inside the furnace; therefore, the fuel gas pipeline must be purged with N2, and the oxygen content in the fuel gas after purification must be analyzed. Confirm that the furnace is ready for use: first, turn on the ignition gun and the flame monitor, as well as the N2 or unpurified air supplied to the flame viewing port. Next, start the fan to blow air into the combustion furnace for a while, after which proceed with the ignition process. Air and fuel gas are fed into the reaction furnace in a specific ratio; observe the flame on site and stay in contact with the operator inside the furnace until the flame becomes stable. I will only talk about the main reactor; everyone else can add more details.
Our process used to rely on automatic ignition, but it has now been changed to manual ignition. First, the combustion chamber needs to be completely filled with nitrogen to prevent explosions caused by other flammable gases. Secondly, the negative pressure in the combustion chamber must be adjusted properly, as too high a pressure can cause the flame to go out; then, use an ignition gun to raise the temperature to around 400 degrees before introducing the fuel gas. Once again, it is necessary to control the ratio of air to fuel gas when feeding it in order to prevent the fire from going out; once the desired temperature is reached, remove the torch and continue raising the temperature! At the same time, pay attention to the liquid level in each waste pot; dry operation is strictly prohibited!
