Can we create a dedicated area for circulating cooling water?

I work in the field of circulating water; I’ve just started working and came to this forum to learn more from everyone*. However, I found that there’s a lot of information related to wastewater as well as circulating water (industrial water), and it’s not easy to communicate on these topics. Could the forum administrators consider dividing the sections into more detailed categories? I’m a beginner and I’m not sure if it’s possible.

In normal operation, the circulating water system doesn’t seem very important in various facilities, but once problems arise it becomes a real hassle. The knowledge related to circulating water isn’t as simple as it appears; therefore, it’s indeed necessary to create dedicated forums for discussions on this topic, to provide a platform for sailors to exchange ideas in greater depth.
