Leak detection issues in the primary cooler

After a leak occurs in the horizontal tubes of the primary cooler, it is possible to locate the leak section by section; however, there are still many such horizontal tubes. What are some simpler and more efficient methods to quickly identify the location of the leaking tube? Please share your suggestions.

The pre-cooler is taken out of service; the head is removed, blind flanges are installed at the inlet and outlet, and after cleaning, welding can be carried out while applying pressure. There are no leaks, and the pressure is normal.
