Regarding converting CAD to image format

I have a question: how can CAD be converted into a picture format? Does CAD have this function built-in? I couldn’t find it. Thank you all.
For CAD 2007, select publishToWeb jpg.pc3 for printing.
Print, select publishToWeb JPG.pc3 in the printer/plotter, confirm, and save.

BetterWMF is a software that can copy graphics from AutoCAD into Word. What sets it apart is its ability to automatically remove the annoying black background when copying, to automatically trim the empty edges of graphics, to fill colors in automatically, and to convert DWG files to WMF format. Additionally, it can scale and rotate graphics, and allow users to set different line widths for lines of various colors according to their preferences. Actually, a built-in command in CAD itself can be used, namely export; however, the image format can only be converted to BMP. In version 08, this command could also be used to convert it into blocks and similar formats……
