Please discuss the role of anti-loosening lugs on heat exchangers where the tube bundle can be extracted.
Since it is named "anti-loosening" lug, I think its main function is to prevent the tube bundle from loosening, and it can also play a role in supporting the tube bundle.
Three functions of anti-loosening ears: a. Prevent the rotation of the pipe bundle. b. When dismantling the pipe box to inspect the pipe joints, fix the tube plate and shell flange. c. Pull out the pipe bundle. In many cases, the anti-loosening lugs used for pipe bundles cannot be pulled out, and eye screws are required.
Under normal circumstances, the ear type is preferred for tube bundling. When space and other reasons are limited, the ring head type is used.
It can't prevent the vibration of the tube bundle, right?
