Post Responsibility System for Wastewater Treatment Section 1. Tasks: Collect the wastewater from various sections, add physical and chemical agents to it, subject it to two-stage sedimentation and filtration as well as aeration for oxygen enrichment, and recover the deposited fly ash for reuse. The treated water that meets the standards is recycled to the boiler for dust removal, with a portion being discharged. II. Post responsibility system: 1. Resolutely implement and enforce relevant national and local laws and regulations on environmental protection to prevent environmental pollution. 2. Conduct timely analysis, inspections, and contact the relevant departments for handling to ensure that the water quality meets the required standards before discharge. 3. Ensure proper recovery of fly ash and efficient water circulation to prevent system blockages. III. Operating Procedures: 1. Based on production requirements as well as the water treatment capacity, adjust the system’s water supply and drainage amounts in a timely manner to ensure normal system circulation, prevent water and ash from overflowing, and maintain the quality of the discharged water. 2. Strictly comply with industry standards for wastewater treatment; analyze various parameters at the inlet and outlet regularly to ensure the quality of the discharged water. Once any parameter exceeds the allowed limits, the wastewater discharge valve should be shut down immediately, and the dispatch team or relevant personnel should be contacted to minimize the amount of substances in the incoming water. At the same time, the volume of water used in production cycles should be increased to reduce the amount of water that needs to be treated. 3. Add the physical and chemical agents evenly, and adjust the dosage accordingly based on the volume of water to be treated and the content of substances. 4. Strengthen routine inspections; if a circulating water pump trips, promptly contact the boiler dust collector to supply alternative water source. And adjust the water flow rate to prevent fly ash from accumulating and blocking the system. When the mud pump is not in use, the pipes should be flushed with clean water promptly to prevent blockages in the equipment. IV. Patrol inspection system: 1. Check the circulating water level and the operation status of each pump every half hour. 2. Check the liquid level in the exposure tank and the ash recovery status once per hour. 3. Check the dosage of chemicals every hour and analyze the ammonia content in the water once per hour. 4. Submit a comprehensive analysis of water quality in and out to the environmental protection department once a week. V.
