I just arrived at the refinery and it’s under maintenance; I need to submit some documents, which is really troublesome.............:funk: Could any experienced colleague share some advice with me? Thank you!
You can search on this forum or other websites; there are many formats for material lists, and they are categorized by specialty. The poster just needs to fill in each item according to the format specified by their organization; if they’re unsure, they can ask others for help or consult the relevant standards.
Who was submitting the documents before you arrived? Just ask; there is usually a fixed format for it, and the equipment isn’t replaced every year.
You need to humbly ask the technicians for advice – figuring out how large the pipelines need to be, in how many meters, which equipment needs to be replaced and what model it should be are all things that need to be carefully determined. Moreover, the tasks involved in each maintenance session may vary, so you need to be diligent, keep a close eye on the site, and try not to make mistakes. Hey, just do your best.
If your design documents are still available, submit them according to the design material list; if not, you’ll have to check the equipment records
It has been submitted several times, and several rejections have been encountered. The main takeaway so far is that it’s essential to follow the standards, and it’s important to distinguish between American standards and European standards. We have just taken the first step on this long journey! :'(
