1. Machining or plasma cutting is generally used. During cutting, the direction is from the overlay layer to the base layer, that is, with the overlay layer facing upward. Groove processing is generally prepared by machining. 2. Welding sequence: Welding of the internal welds in the base carbon steel layer ； Root removal and polishing are carried out outside the base layer ； Welding of external welds at the base level ； 100% RT on the root welds ； Welding transition layer ； Iron ion detection using 10% CuSO4 solution and 100% PT were performed on the welds of the transition layer ； laminated welding ； 100% PT for multi-layer welds (100% RT if required) ；
First, weld the cladding layer; then weld the base layer, making sure to prepare proper bevels and control the amount of misalignment
