The reason for the overcurrent in screw chillers is the frequent activation of the oil pressure and exhaust pressure interlock, which causes the chiller to shut down. Solutions: 1. Check the filter on the oil pipeline. 2. Check the exhaust pressure gauge, lubricating oil pressure gauge, and gauge for the pressure difference between exhaust and oil pressures; it may be that the valve at the base of the gauge is not fully open, or that the gauge’s connection fittings are loose. 3. Compare the exhaust pressure and fuel injection pressure values when the vehicle is not jumping out of the vehicle, to determine what the difference is.
Most of the time, overcurrent is caused by overload, which is mainly manifested by high outlet pressure and high inlet pressure. Just reduce the load on the chiller. Furthermore, overcurrent occurs frequently while driving, mainly due to leaks in some valves.
When the outlet pressure increases, the current drawn by the ice machine also rises. Here, I will discuss the reasons for an increase in outlet pressure: 1. The outlet valve is not fully open. This situation is rare, but I have indeed encountered it in actual production. 2 The condenser has poor condensation efficiency. Such as ; Excessively high liquid level in the condenser, insufficient flow rate of condensate water, high water temperature, or blockages in the tubes inside the condenser. 3 An excessive accumulation of gases that are difficult to condense in the condenser, such as hydrogen and methane, or gas leaks in the ammonia cooler, etc. There is too much oil and water in the 4 outlet oil-water tanks, which has not been drained in a timely manner.
