Reason: When water enters the vacuum system, it flashes and carries away a large amount of heat of phase change. Treatment: Turn off the water promptly; switch to circulation mode for granulation when the temperature is too low. For evaporation flushing, it is necessary for the site and the control room to maintain close communication, or to determine a safe control time. The gas outlet of the first and second stage evaporation separators in the ammonia stripping process is located on the side and at an inclined downward position; a small amount of surface cooling fluid is used to maintain an effective flushing effect over time ； The gas phase outlet of the separator in the carbon dioxide stripping process is located at the top and does not have the conditions for continuous flushing; therefore, flushing can only be carried out periodically in small amounts multiple times.
