If you install a short pressure pipe in a tank or tower and then install the root valve and liquid level transmitter materials, it will easily block the short pressure pipe and cause inaccurate liquid level detection. If it is clogged and the front section of the root valve is blocked, you will have to empty the tank and the tower for maintenance. If you encounter such blockage, you must use a convex diaphragm transmitter detection. Instead of using a flat diaphragm transmitter, the convex diaphragm transmitter is a convex diaphragm directly inserted into the tank or tower body. In this way, there will be no blockage problem. Only when the transmitter breaks down, the root valve will not be installed. Therefore, it needs to be determined according to the actual situation, and it is produced for safer and more economical reasons.
The double flange liquid level transmitter can be installed at any position below the upper pressure port, and the migration amount is only related to the distance between the two pressure ports. According to relevant experts, the transmitter should not be higher than the upper pressure port. For some reason, it has not been verified.
