Recently, the metering pump used to add antioxidants in our company has been unable to do so with accuracy. Could experts suggest installing a back pressure valve? But I would appreciate some guidance on how to make the selection.

Why is a backpressure valve needed? What are the specifications and models of the metering pump? Is it a positive-displacement pump or a centrifugal pump? Installing a backpressure valve at the outlet of a positive-displacement pump is not suitable for regulating flow; if the amount of pressure applied is too high, an inlet-outlet connection valve can be added or a different pump selected.
