How to add a new module in CAD~? ?

I found some modules, but I don’t know how to add them! How to set it after adding the file path in the options? Guys please answer~~Thank you very much~~
Click the toolbar: Insert-Block. Follow the dialog box prompts.
Enter I in the English input mode and press Enter. .Then follow the dialog box prompts and it will be OK.
Select Insert Block in the toolbar and select the location where you want to save it. If that doesn't work, open the graphic and copy and paste.
