Does anyone here know anything about the Q690 material? Could you give a detailed introduction? What about its weldability?
Q690 is a high-strength carbon structural steel with a yield strength of 690 N/mm². I’ve never seen this kind of steel.

Suitable for various types of cranes, heavy trucks, oil derricks, high-temperature fans, large excavators, dump trucks and drilling rigs, hydraulic supports in coal mines, steel structures, etc. The corresponding **standard is GB/T16270-1996.
