Dry burning and nitrogen circulation heating in one section of the furnace will cause uneven heating of the furnace tubes and may cause local over-temperature. Use nitrogen circulation to heat up uniformly and the heating rate is easy to control.
Nitrogen cycle heating takes a long time, but it is good for equipment and catalysts. This method is generally used for driving after overhaul. Dry heating is generally used for driving after the device is shut down due to an accident. It has certain risks, but it can save driving time and reduce accident losses. Sometimes it is a last resort.
