I want to discuss it with all my sea friends.: Does tar wash oil contain hydrogen sulfide? Or does the tar wash oil have organic sulfur converted into hydrogen sulfide in the crude benzene production cycle?
Tar wash oil will contain hydrogen sulfide. In the crude benzene production cycle of tar wash oil, very little organic sulfur is converted into hydrogen sulfide, especially mercaptans and thiophenes are difficult to convert.
I would like to ask the second floor, will the hydrogen sulfide in the tar wash oil return to the gas during the crude benzene production cycle?
The hydrogen sulfide in the tar washing oil should enter during the benzene washing process. If the temperature of the washing oil is lower than the gas temperature or water enters the washing oil during the benzene washing process, ammonia will further absorb hydrogen sulfide after entering the benzene washing process to form hydrogen sulfide ammonia. After heating, it will decompose into ammonia and hydrogen sulfide. My humble opinion.
How does sulfur enter the tar wash oil? ? Now our crude benzene appears to contain high sulfur and nitrogen contents. . . . How can I control it?
