What is the reason why the carbonization tower always bubbles after the new all-low-temperature converter is installed?
It should be caused by high H2S levels. The full low-variation requirement is that the H2S content entering the converter should be slightly higher than that in the medium-low-low or medium-high-low conditions, and the conversion rate of organic sulfur should also be higher. These will result in a higher H2S level in the transformed gas than before. The high H2S content in the transformed gas causes the crystals to become finer, leading to bubbling inside the tower.
If it is caused by hydrogen sulfide, then the color of the fertilizer should turn rather grayish, and the level of hydrogen sulfide detected in the sample is low, at only 0.068. If there has been no change, then a H2S value of 0.068 definitely indicates an issue with the analysis. This season, Tawin shouldn’t be high ; I’m not sure if the supplier of additives has been changed recently; it’s best to avoid using additives that have not been tested. We once encountered foaming problems as a result of changing the supplier of additives. If all the above reasons are ruled out, please let me know.
We have a variable valve, but it doesn’t open properly; not all of the air volume can pass through – only half of it can. We have always used additives from one manufacturer; we haven’t changed to another. We now suspect that the additives may have lost their effectiveness, and we are purchasing some new ones. If it’s not for this reason, are there any other possible causes? Today, the price of our imported hydrogen sulfide was 0.1579.
