I would like to ask what the length of the coal powder delivery pipeline in a shell gasification furnace is approximately. Length of horizontal pipe, length of vertical pipe?
The length of each line varies, and the length also differs depending on the device used. Each line in our company is about 75 meters long, with a total of 4 lines
Typically, the coal powder delivery pipelines consist of gentle bends, and the gasification burners are located on the 7th floor of the framework, with each floor being approximately 7 meters in height. It’s possible to estimate the length roughly.
