Is it legal for individuals to pay risk funds? Our company is currently undergoing reforms, and individuals are required to pay a risk deposit; otherwise, performance contracts will not be signed. I think I’ve seen somewhere that doing this is illegal, but I can’t remember where. Please help me and give me some guidance
It’s absolutely illegal. A few years ago, there were quite a number of companies doing this, but now there are fewer of them. Could it be that companies are carrying out layoffs in disguise? It tests everyone’s patience; you can report it
The legitimacy is in question, but gathering evidence is difficult; sometimes one has to endure it, unless you have just joined this company……
