May I ask whether the wastewater and waste gas generated in fixed-bed batch gasification within China’s coal chemical industry currently meet environmental protection standards? What methods have been used?
The key issue is the sulfur and phenol content in the water. The sulfur in it can be removed by wet oxidation, while phenol in water can be eliminated through filtration and adsorption as well as ozone oxidation.
Could you please provide more details on wet oxidation, filtration adsorption, and ozone oxidation methods? Specifically, what additives are used in each case? Has any manufacturer used it? Thank you!
