Hehe, the intention is good, but the money that could be used to \"generate electricity from biogas\" could be enough to build a new school. Of course, if biogas digesters are used to treat school wastewater (which seems unlikely to be a significant need), the biogas slurry could be used as fertilizer or for fish farming, which might help generate some income.

To generate electricity for use in schools, the amount of biogas must be quite large; if the amount of biogas is low, power generation will be intermittent.
