I am an undergraduate about to graduate! In the future, our workplace will require us to work shifts! I’d like to ask what the different types of shifts are! I heard it’s a three-shift, four-day rotation system – could you explain that in more detail? Thanks everyone! ~~~~~~
Shift work can be on a 4-shift-3-turn system, or a 5-shift-3-turn system. Four shifts with three rotations, meaning day, day, noon, noon, short break, night, night, long break. One shift lasts 8 days; you can calculate the rest by yourself, it’s similar
