Our factory has 7 Wu Leng KF20C screw refrigeration compressors, and one of them keeps burning out for some unknown reason
The reasons for the burnout of shaft seals include poor fixation, axial displacement, and mechanical friction; similar problems have occurred with the ice wheel refrigeration units produced by our company.
Check whether there are any issues with the smoothness of the shaft or its diameter, as well as whether the shaft is concentric and what its static balance condition is.
For such device issues, it is advisable to consult the manufacturer for a thorough resolution; discussing them here seems inappropriate.
The axial clearance is large; in such cases, you should check the bearing balance piston to see if the vibration level is high.
