When looking for a job, what’s your attitude – are you anxious, or patient? Are you satisfied with just anything, or do you have high standards and expect perfection? I remember that when I was first looking for a job, I was very picky. Later on, I realized it was difficult, and before long I became too picky myself; in the end, I had no choice left! Also, do people prefer to submit their resumes online or at job centers? I don’t like going to job centers – there’s so much commotion and chaos there
Before looking, I was full of hope and excited; after finding it, I was filled with disappointment and frustration. After quitting my job, I felt utterly desperate and very passive
Approach it with an indifferent attitude when looking for it! When hit like this, identify the shortcomings and work to improve them in the future, but never reject oneself completely! If others have accepted you, then don’t adopt a wait-and-see attitude; take action when the time comes! There are better ways to break a contract! Judging from this year, the employment situation in our field isn’t greatly affected; we received many offers, and in the end we settled on a design firm!
Finding a job for the first time is quite exciting; one wants to try everything – attending various job fairs and information sessions. But I signed a contract quite early on; I attended my first job fair in October last year and signed a contract right away. There were some other opportunities later on, but none of them were worth breaking my contract for, and I also became less proactive. In the end, I even stopped making an effort, mainly because there were no companies I really wanted to work for. The job markets are too crowded; I went there once during the off-season, but it happened to be the end of the hiring period. For online applications, I submitted a few. The goal is to gain experience in looking for jobs and to increase the chances of getting called for written tests and interviews; I sent out several applications, and I was accepted to almost all of them. :loveliness:
