Is there any mandatory requirement regarding the frequency of flushing the pressure gauge on steam boilers? How is it actually carried out?
There are no special regulations. Our unit rinses twice per shift. Rinse at any time when the water quality is poor. As long as it’s not blocked, that’s fine.
There’s no need to rinse it so often, right? ! ! Once a week should be enough!
There are no specific regulations; generally, the boiler should be flushed at least once per shift during operation.
We don’t have any specific regulations either; as long as the gauge is still accurate, we don’t wash it, and we only bring it to the instrumentation team for handling when it becomes inaccurate! !
