After starting the booster pump, we found that a large amount of pump oil was carried into the pipes and columns by the air flow, resulting in serious loss and serious contamination of the pipes and columns. Please tell me how to remove the pump oil lost to the pipes and columns, and how to avoid the loss of pump oil (considered from the perspective of equipment design and production as well as during operation)? Also, after the booster pump has been working for a short period of time, the temperature of the pump casing will be very high, and the temperature of the gas coming out of the pump will also be very high, which will affect the subsequent processes. Analyze the reasons: 1. From the composition of the air flow. What kind of gas is the air flow? 2. From the temperature of the booster pump. 3. From the pressure of the air flow. Find the reasons: 1. The temperature of the booster pump is very high, so you must use booster pump oil with very high saturated steam. The temperature is very high, the flash point of the booster pump oil is low, and the booster pump oil may directly volatilize. 2. The pressure of the airflow is high. The booster pump oil is directly washed away, and the lubricating oil escapes with the airflow. 3. The most important thing is the composition of the air flow. According to the principle of similar miscibility, the composition of the lubricating oil is very close to the composition of the gas and is likely to be mixed. Coupled with the high temperature and high air flow pressure, the pump oil will definitely be lost to the pipes and cylinders. The booster pump lacks lubricating oil, and the increased wear will cause the temperature of the booster pump to continue to rise. Tell me what the gas is and what the lubricating oil is. It should be able to solve the problem.

The amplification pump itself seems to be used in places that are not sensitive to oil pollution.
