Supplier shall be liable for its pro rata share of any deductible paid by Purchaser to the extent of Supplier's fault for such loss or damage, but in no event shall Supplier's liability for such deductible exceed $250,000 per occurrence prior to start up and $1,000,000 thereafter.
For loss or damage caused by the seller, the seller shall give the buyer a certain share right and reduce the buyer's fee in proportion. However, for each loss or damage caused by the seller, the fee reduction shall not exceed 250,000 for the first time and shall not exceed 1,000,000 thereafter.
