Our boiler’s flue gas temperature is relatively low; we plan to increase it by taking the following measures: a bypass will be added to the blower, allowing part of the airflow to bypass the air preheater. (We don’t need to worry about the increase in fuel gas consumption.) Please advise on what points should be paid attention to!
Just add a bypass + a sealed control valve between the cold air duct and the hot air duct
There is nothing special to note; a butterfly valve is sufficient, as it can be adjusted according to the exhaust temperature. It is mainly to avoid dew point corrosion. This leads to energy waste; considering frequency upconversion for the blower might be an option
The bypass valve should be opened and closed frequently; otherwise, it is prone to getting stuck. Prevent dew point corrosion.
