Training materials for medium-low-low conversion process

I’ve just started working in a new position and learning about *, and I’m very unfamiliar with it. I earnestly ask all the experienced craftsmen to provide some useful information, such as how to create temperature rise graphs or how to estimate steam usage. My master is capable but has limited skills in communication; here, training apprentices relies largely on the master’s hands-on guidance, and due to the lack of relevant materials, I have no choice but to turn to you all for help.
