I would like to ask everyone: 99% concentrated sulfuric acid, operating temperature of 220 degrees. What material should be used for the valve?
Cr20Ni30, Ni62Mo28, and high-silicon cast iron should work!
But I looked up a lot of information. There is no suitable metal that can be used at this concentration and temperature.

The plastic lining might wear out quickly; let’s see if Hastelloy will work.
These conditions are really challenging! It is already high-concentration sulfuric acid, and there is also a requirement of a high temperature of 200°C. Can graphite be used as a lining?
