Issues with the filter installation location in the NHD decarburization system?

Our factory has newly installed an NHD unit. However, the online filter in the decarburization system is located at the outlet of the decarburization rich liquid pump; yet the outlet pipeline of this filter connects to the pipeline leading to the bottom of the stripping tower, which is essentially the inlet pipeline of the lean liquid pump. Won’t this affect the degree of leanness of the lean liquid? I would appreciate guidance from those with more experience. Thank you!
There seems to be some issue with the design; is water transportation being used?
