Let’s talk about which of you methanol plants use reciprocating compressors to compress oxygen – what are the key operating points? What should be noted! !
It’s mainly about discussing what issues need to be taken into consideration
Precautions for starting a double-stage oxygen compressor: 20 minutes before starting the unit, begin cranking it to check that there are no problems with the transmission system and the cylinders at each stage, and to ensure that the blowdown valves of the coolers at each stage are functioning properly; The instrumentation and electrical control systems are functioning properly, and the interlock tests have passed successfully ; 3 The inlet pressure of the reciprocating compressor is normal (the oxygen tank level is normal) [Nitrogen must be filled into the oxygen permeation system to start it] ; 4 The excitation system is normal ; 5 The lubrication system is operating normally, and the oil temperature is within normal limits ; 6 The cooling water system and the cylinder packing water system are operating normally ; 7 The positions of all process valves are in the operating position ; Start the compressor under no-load conditions, and let it run for 10–15 minutes without any abnormalities. Then, gradually apply load using the four-way and one-way return valves, ensuring a smooth and gradual increase in load ; 9. Load to the process gas outlet pressure; open the outlet valve to supply the process gas to the user ; 10. For the two units, if reverse control is used, the pressure fluctuation of the process gas at the outlet is less than 0.2 MPa;
Be more specific, man – how do I reverse? Every time I try to reverse, there are big fluctuations. What’s going on?
