If there is surface wear, 1) check whether too much material is stuck to the rotating drum? 2) Could poor support or damage to the idlers throughout the process have caused the bearings to rub against each other? 3) Is the horizontal plate’s metal edge being scratched due to poor fixation of the surface cleaner? 4) Is the surface of the rotating support part raised and not smooth? In the case of variable wear: 1) Install automatic deviation-adjusting idlers throughout the process, and add another set in the upper and lower material handling sections ； 2) Or, add vertical idlers to the conveyor car, and use an open-constraint belt to make contact with the metal edge ； 3) Add a cleaner to the rotary drum of the trolley to prevent deviation caused by urea caking ； 4) Bilateral material removal ； 5) The final trick: track adjustment for the small vehicle, ensuring reliable fixation.
