Does \"diameter 80A\" refer to a standard diameter of 80 mm?

I’m not very knowledgeable, so I have a naive question: on the instruction manuals for air compressors produced by foreign companies, when it says an outlet diameter of 80A, does that refer to a domestic diameter of 80 mm? Is it the same concept as 3inch? Are 80A per the JIS standard and 80A per the GB standard not the same size? Seek guidance from experts!
80A is equivalent to DN80.
