The China Special Equipment Inspection and Research Institute held a training course for personnel responsible for the approval of pressure pipelines in January of this year; those who completed the training were issued a \"Design Approval Officer Certificate.\" You can call to ask when such courses will be held again, and then attend them safely.

This is widely used in design institutes; it’s similar to design qualifications – if you don’t have it, you don’t need to produce drawings
Actually, a post of this kind was already posted today; I realized it was posted by mistake this afternoon, so I have to ask for help again. L is not spamming: handshake 2008. Article 13 of Chapter 2 of the „Rules for Permitting the Design of Pressure Vessels and Pressure Pipelines“ stipulates that design firms must have personnel who have received professional training in the selection of materials for pressure pipelines as well as in stress analysis and verification. When training courses are held in various places, notifications are sent to the design institute; you’d better ask the design institute about it.
