What does it mean to be familiar with the ISO9000 system?

When I see some language used to recruit safety management talents, it is often mentioned that they are familiar with the ISO9000 system. I don’t understand what it means to be familiar with it? For example, in terms of safety, if you have written ISO program files and run these program files, as a safety manager, does this count as being familiar with the ISO9000 system? Please express your opinions.
ISO9000 refers to familiarity with the quality management system. Naturally, it refers to fully understanding the elements of the quality system and basically mastering them. Of course, this degree is difficult to grasp.； The ISO program files you mentioned should not be counted. ； You should have at least participated in the three-system internal auditor training.
It would be familiar to roughly tell what the problem is and which clauses are not met. But generally speaking, safety management is not so strict, but the OHSAS system is closely related to safety.
