When analyzing the energy consumption of these heat exchangers, it is necessary to know the parameters at the inlets and outlets of the hot and cold fluids. Are there any comprehensive measurements and accurate data available in this regard? (For all the heat exchangers involved), how should the energy consumption for this aspect be considered? The energy consumption of heat exchangers or other equipment is to be statistically analyzed by the process engineering department. Should the energy consumption of heat exchangers be considered from two perspectives: (1) The fluid flow must overcome resistance, which requires pumps to provide power; (2) Energy loss occurs during the heat exchange process.
