Some equipment information states how many grams of 3# lithium-based grease should be added. Lithium-based grease is also purchased by weight in the market, but the motor manual indicates the volume of the bearing box to be added, that is, how many liters to add. Can any expert give a rough estimate of the density of 3# lithium-based grease in g/L? Thanks!
Instructions for use of 3# lithium-based grease 1. Overview 1. Product Features Grease is a stable solid composed of thickener dispersed in lubricant. It is mainly composed of thickener, base oil, additives and fillers. 2. The main purpose is suitable for lubrication of rolling and sliding friction parts of various mechanical equipment in the temperature range of -20~120℃. 2. Technical characteristics 1. Main Performance Appearance: Yellow to brown ointment, which has a high dropping point. Good adhesion, thermal oxidation stability, mechanical stability, lubricity and wear resistance. 2. This product complies with GB7324-87 * * standard. The technical requirements are as follows: Serial number project quality index 1 Uniform appearance and smooth grease 2 Cone penetration 25℃ 150g/10mm 220-250 3 Dropping point ℃ not less than 180 4 Corrosion (T3 copper sheet, 100℃, 24h) Qualified 5 points Oil volume (100℃, 24h)% not more than 5 6 Extended working cone penetration (100,000 times) 1/10mm not more than 330 7 Water leaching loss (38℃/h)% is not more than 10 8 Anti-corrosion level 19 Evaporation (99℃, 22h)% is not more than 2.0 10 Similar viscosity (-15℃, 10s-1) 1500 1500 Pa.s(p) not more than 1500 11 Oxidation stability (99℃, 100h, 78.5×104) 3.92×104 pressure drop ; pa (kgf/cm2) is not more than 0.4 12 impurities/cm3 More than 10um is not more than 5000 More than 25um is not more than 3000 More than 75um is not more than 500 More than 125um is not more than
