What is the impact of the temperature gauge installation location on the measurement accuracy in thermal pipelines?

I’m facing such a problem now. I need everyone's help. There is approximately 500 meters (pipeline length) between the outlet of the heating coil inside the reactor vessel and the heat transfer station. The control room is located at the heat medium station. The process requires that the inlet temperature of the coil in the reactor be controlled at 280°C. The upper and lower deviations must not exceed 0.3°C. I have two options. 1. The thermometer is installed directly at the heat medium station end. 2. The thermometer is installed at the coil end. Could everyone help me analyze the advantages and disadvantages of these two methods? It is very convenient to install at the heat medium station. Fewer pipes and cables required, no need for explosion-proof design, and easy to manage.
The thermometer should be installed at the location where temperature measurement is required; otherwise, it is difficult to ensure the temperature at the controlled point.
Can you guarantee that the temperature deviation between the heat transfer station and the reactor does not exceed 0.3? If possible, it’s best to have them in both locations; at least one is needed at the reactor area.
