. Brief operation instructions: All the requirements below apply to wet quenching operations. During wet quenching, the basic operating procedure for the motorized vehicle is as follows: Start the vehicle and move it toward the designated coke receiver furnace → Stop in the correct position → Issue the command to proceed with coke pushing → Move to carry out coke pushing (an emergency stop command can also be given) → Upon receiving a signal indicating that coke pushing is complete, start the vehicle and move it to the wet quenching tower → Position the vehicle precisely for quenching → Open the electric butterfly valve to begin quenching → Close the valve once quenching is finished, then start the vehicle and move it to the coke unloading area → Open the doors for unloading the coke after unloading is complete → Close the doors again → Start the vehicle and move it toward the next designated coke receiver furnace→……
