Record of submission documents: Serial number, Name of document, Yes/No, Picture/certificate number. 1. Copy of the user’s valid identification document. 2. “Pressure Vessel Registration Card” (two copies). 3. As-built drawings of the pressure vessel. 4. Product quality certificate. 5. Certificate of supervision and inspection during the manufacturing process. 6. Certificates of conformity or inspection certificates for safety accessories such as safety valves and pressure gauges. ☆7. Supervision and inspection report on the safety performance of imported pressure vessels. ☆8. Certificate of supervision and inspection during the installation process. ☆9. Installation quality certificate. 10. List of relevant rules and regulations. Note: ▲For pressure vessels that are attached to machinery and integrated with it, only documents 1 to 8 need to be submitted. For Class 1 and Class 2 pressure vessels, only 1 to 7 sets of documents need to be submitted. ▲The original copies of items 3 to 9 above are provided for verification, and will be returned to the applicant along with the permit once processing is complete.
