Regarding Toyohara, your information is a bit outdated. The process has been modified to use the DDGS process. In simple terms, it involves first carrying out fermentation with residues, and then using the organic waste fluids generated during production (soluble DDS and suspended DDG) to produce DDGS feed. A small amount of the secondary organic wastewater is treated through biological anaerobic processes, and the core issue in 2006 was the clear liquid fermentation process.
