We are engaged in the design of boiler denitration systems, which includes a liquid ammonia storage area. The main equipment in this area consists of ammonia storage tanks, ammonia unloading compressors, liquid ammonia evaporators, buffer tanks, and other devices. Our supervisor has asked us to design this ammonia area ourselves, including the piping system. May I ask whether only a Class A environmental protection qualification is sufficient for designing such an area (excluding the ammonia tanks)? If not, could you please tell me which regulations require certain qualifications for the design of liquid ammonia storage areas, such as a Class A chemical engineering qualification? Thank you for your advice; this is a very serious issue
