Could you please tell me which manufacturers repair the equipment in your factories? I am now looking for manufacturers that specialize in laser repair (mainly for the cylinder blocks and crankshafts of high-pressure ammonia pumps), but I’m not sure which ones are good. Dalian Laser in Shenyang is pretty good (not an ad)
Continental Laser Bar – it’s pretty good; we’ve repaired it several times
Should we repair the laser equipment, or use laser technology to repair the spare parts?
We also use Shenyang Laser Daliu for repairing turbine blades
Continental Laser, Yueyang, Hunan – has repaired several rotors, and the results have been good.
In Yueyang, Hunan, it works well for us after being repaired
Is it only Continental Laser? Are there any other manufacturers?
All the other equipment is from Continental Laser – their technology is not good!
Could someone kindly explain in simple terms how to repair a rotor using a laser?
Our factory has repaired compressor blades and TRT blades at Shenyang Continental Laser Technology Co., Ltd., and the results have been quite good. Yueyang Continental Laser Technology Co., Ltd. is a branch of Shenyang Continental. I’ve heard that there are also companies that offer laser repair services in Tangshan and Wuhan.

Continental Laser; those in Tianjin have used Aoyuke Xin
Sidasike in Anshan, Liaoning, is also specialized in laser repair; its technical capabilities are no less than those on the mainland, and the prices are much lower
In the Yangtze River Delta region, we all go to Danyang Hongtu Laser for repairs; they can handle anything.
