The table design doesn’t seem reasonable, does it? It is only necessary to record the time and location of sampling, the name of the sample, and the person who conducted the sampling; there is no need to include the 5 items that are to be analyzed. The items to be analyzed can be noted in the remarks, or the document number of the analysis method applicable to that sample can be written directly.
