Do typical oil refining catalytic units have any requirements regarding the pressure of the gas produced?
Catalytic gas usually needs to be sent to the high-pressure gas pipeline network throughout the facility, so it is generally required that the pressure be maintained between 0.3 and 0.6 MPa.
The pressure in the high-pressure gas pipeline network is around 0.6 MPa; therefore, the gas pressure at the outlet of the device is slightly higher than 0.6 MPa.

If there are no special requirements and it is only used for lighting boilers or heaters, maintaining a pressure of 0.3~0.4 MPa is sufficient.
There are requirements, but they shouldn’t be too high; generally, it should not exceed 0.6 MPa. This is because the gas is to be integrated into the gas system for use in the heating furnaces of devices that operate at atmospheric pressure as well as in catalytic reforming heating furnaces. It is important to avoid excessive pressure fluctuations in the gas system, as this could affect the operation of other devices.
The pressure in the gas pipeline network can be maintained at 0.4 MPa by the gas holder compressor
