Dear friends, if the feed pipe of the formaldehyde solution is installed from the top of the tank, does it need to extend 20CM from the bottom of the tank? What's the basis? Thanks!
Article 4.6.10 of the "Code for Fire Protection Design of Petrochemical Enterprises" states that when air may exist in a flammable liquid container, the inlet pipe should be connected from the lower part of the container.； If it must be accessed from the top, it should be extended to 200mm from the bottom of the container.
