A slip blind is a blind plate with a sliding end, which can be translated as: sliding blind plate
Now according to everyone’s opinions, the slip blind is designated as a sliding blind. Thank you for your help: lol
The temporary blind plate used to isolate the connection with other systems during device maintenance or system pressure testing can be made from several thick carbon rigid plates according to different pipe diameters. It can be removed after the maintenance or pressure testing is completed.

slip-on flange: It's a looper flange. Please refer to it.
