What are the causes of excessive vibration and loud noise in the pump outlet pipeline?
Is it a high-power pump? What about the opening degree of the outlet valve? What is the medium being transported then? It’s probably difficult to answer these, or to give good answers to them.
Is the valve fully open, and is this caused by throttling? Are your pumps centrifugal pumps or piston pumps? If they are piston pumps, does a buffer device exist? Is the water pump vibrating or making unusual noises? Does the sound come from the water pump itself? Has cavitation or water hammer occurred? Is the bending radius of the pipes too small, resulting in hydraulic shock? Is the diameter of the pipes too large, causing the check valve to not be able to open fully and thus producing noise? Please analyze based on the above reasons; it might be helpful
