I just received news yesterday that the Sinopec Hydrocracking Operation Skills Competition will take place again this year. What are everyone’s thoughts on this?
We’ve also been informed that it’s the units in Maoming that win awards for hydrocracking; there’s no way they can escape, hehe
Provide a platform for communication; those who win awards shouldn’t be too concerned about it – what matters is improvement and participation, but it’s still best to come in first.
Our unit has also received the notification; the competition will take place in September this year, and we need to start getting ready right away.

Competitions are a good thing; at least they can motivate some people to learn. The format must be fair, just, and transparent! The content must be accurate; since 2004, the winners of these competitions have usually been students from vocational schools, while university students either had limited time to participate or already held leadership positions. Such good results – after all, competitions are meant for workers. Refinery workers, charge up! ! !
